When is my Pony Mail letter sent?

All Pony Mail Club letters are posted at the end of each month. If you join anytime during a calendar month, your first letter will be included in that month’s mail-out.

How do subscriptions work?

Pony Mail Club is a recurring monthly subscription. Once you subscribe, your child will receive a new pony letter adventure each month until you choose to cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your customer account.

What age group is Pony Mail Club designed for?

Pony Mail Club is best suited for children aged 5–12 years old, especially horse-loving girls who enjoy stories, imagination, Pony Club life, friendship, and a little bit of pony magic.

What is included in each letter?

Each monthly delivery includes a beautifully designed printed pony letter featuring ongoing adventures with Nugget, Nippy, Rachel, Katie, and friends. Every letter is created to feel special, cosy, and collectible — like real mail from the paddock.
