1. What is digital planning? How does it work?
Digital Planners are re-created versions of paper planners to be used with a tablet and stylus to write on the digital planner.
They typically come in an interactive PDF file with hyperlinks to help you navigate the planner without having to scroll through hundreds of pages. This way you save time planning and organizing your day so that you can spend time doing other things you love!
2. What devices and applications are compatible with Digital Planning?
Essentially any tablet and stylus would function for digital planning. Our users have tested and absolutely loved using the iPad along with the apple pencil. However, Android tablets and styluses have also worked well.

- Samsung Note (Android)
3. Are the PDF editing applications included?
PDF editing applications are NOT included with the purchase. They can be purchased separately in an application store. There are paid and free versions of PDF editing applications, chose the one that works best for you!
4. Can I try it before buying it?
Absolutely! We highly recommend downloading some of our free samples to make sure that it is compatible with your device and pdf editing application. You can find the links to download the free sample in the listing descriptions in our shop
5. Will a physical item be shipped?
NO! Our shop is exclusively digital products only. Items may be printed but they are not optimized for that purpose so quality may vary.
6. How do I download the files I purchased?
To access the files go to our link sent via your email.
This will take you to the download page where you can download the files associated with your purchase.
7. Why can't I download my files?
There may be an issue with your browser if nothing happens when you click the download links.
Disable any pop-up blockers that may hinder the download.
Try using a different web browser.

8. Can I Re-sell or share the files?
NO! All files including all the free resources are for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
DO NOT purchase for commercial purposes or redistribute.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Additionally, we also support payments through PayPal for a secure transaction experience.
10. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can can cancel your order within 3 hours of receiving an order confirmation from us.
